From Junk food, Ultra processed Foods, unhealthy eating habits to Healthy Cooking For Kids!
What we learn as a practice in our childhood is what becomes our habit as we grow up. Kids will be shown how to cook and they will also get the Recipe PDF.
We’ll introduce kids to history of Ayurveda in very simple terms. We’ll also teach them a bit about a holistic system of medicinal eating with herbs, spices, plants and legumes with grains.
In this class, Ayurveda Doctor Dr. Nayana Hegde MD from India will teach 7 to 15 years young kids friendly & simple to make recipes to practice making at home with their parents.
Ayurveda believes in the right combination of food. Therefore, the recipes will be based on those guidelines.
About Dr. Nayana Hegde:
BAMS, MD (Ayurveda), Govt. Ayurveda Medical College. Post-graduation (MD in Rasashastra and Bhaishajya Kalpana). Assistant Professor & Physician at Hillside Ayurveda Medical College & Consultant in Kottakkal Arya Vaidya Sala at ISRO layout, Bangalore.(2017 – till now). 12 years experience in Ayurveda practice (2010 – till now). Teaches Rasashastra & Bhaishajya Kalpana & Ayurveda Samhita.
