Webinar Summary
From unhealthy ultra processed foods, junk foods, sugary treats to some healthier and more natural alternatives for kids to enjoy a tasty meal. Dr. Jha and his wife, well reputed Ayurveda doctors from India will teach how to make kids-friendly recipes which will not only be tasty but also be healthy and nourishing for the kids.
In the toxic eating culture of today with heavily processed foods from factories and moving away from more whole and natural foods causes more unhealthy habits in kids. Our goal is to teach every child to become more conscious as they grow about their eating habits so they can take responsibility for their own lives.
There will be demonstrations of the proper recipe for kids so they can make the recipe at home with the help of their parents.
